We’re looking for a recruiter in Poland who will be our guide and local expert on launching recruitment activities in Poland. Ideally, you should have experience working with talent pools in operations, supply chain, performance marketing, or Amazon Marketplace.
We deeply desire to develop our presence in Poland and launch a hub here, so this role can be converted into a full-time employee position.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing (inbound and outbound), screening resumes, interviewing and evaluating candidates, guiding candidates through the whole interview process, managing the offer process, and conducting reference checks (if needed)
- Keep candidate experience on the highest level: provide feedback and updates timely, educate them about the company’s recruitment process, and respond to candidate questions
- Be a true partner for hiring managers and interviewers and guide them through a smooth recruitment process
- Be our local guide for Poland and advise the best practices for the market
- Promote the company’s brand, culture, and values to attract top candidates
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring and onboarding process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in the full life-cycle recruitment
- Successful track record in operations/supply chain/performance marketing positions
- Strong communication skills with full working fluency in English
- Fluent Polish would be a plus
