Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on an exciting international project in the healthcare data processing sphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background as well as experience in project management, have strong data analysis skills as well as outstanding communication skills.

What you will do:

• Business and technical analysis for product implementation
• Gathering job specifications, business rules and requirements 
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of data processing solutions and business requirements
• Defining and transferring functional and non-functional requirements to development team
• Take on project management tasks including project planning, coordination, and communication
• Lead scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, to ensure project success and collaboration among team members

What skills are needed from you:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data processing
• Experience in project management
• Experience with Jira, Confluence for task planning, tracking and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong SQL knowledge, with experience querying and manipulating large datasets
• Familiarity with scrum/agile environment

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with InterSystems, IRIS for Health tools and data processing solutions in the healthcare industry 
• Experience with healthcare projects
