This year we plan to enter the Turkish market with a team of experienced franchise partners. 

We are looking for a marketer who, together with the team, will be responsible for the successful launch of Dodo Pizza in Turkey this year. Your key tasks will include brand positioning and pre-launch marketing, followed by coordinating the marketing activities of sub-franchisees and creating common marketing processes.

Geographically it will be necessary to be in Turkey. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Study the local market and competitive environment (market, customers and competitors research and regular monitoring);
  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to enter a new market in Turkey (determine the differentiating USP and adapt Dodo Pizza's positioning to the country's cultural characteristics and trends);
  • Develop a pre-launch marketing plan for the new market and ensuring a successful launch in Turkey;
  • Developing a menu that caters to the needs and habits of consumers in the market;
  • Adapting marketing materials and tools to market needs (product marketing, working with the customer base, offline and online promotion tools);
  • Coordinating the work of local marketers. Creating a unified marketing approach to market development;
  • Analyzing the efficiency of marketing activities and being responsible for allocating the federal budget;
  • Organizing cross-team interaction with agencies and other contractors.

 

What we expect from you:

  • A C1 or higher level of English. Knowledge of Turkish will be a big plus;
  • QSR chain marketing experience will be a great advantage;
  • Experience with local marketing tools (BTL, trade marketing, promotional campaigns, organization of events, etc.);
  • An understanding of the basic principles of media planning (social network targeting and analytics, Google advertising, SMM);
  • An understanding of customer analytics (e.g., retention, frequency, average check);
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (Mindbox, MailChimp, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics);
  • Solid project management and cross-team communication skills with successful case studies;
  • Willingness to dive in and understand the specifics of a new market and media space;
  • Readiness to take responsibility for making decisions.
