Art Lead UX/UI

Established in 2013 Cryptopay (group of companies) is one of the oldest and well-respected bitcoin platforms, which allows users to buy, sell and store bitcoins, as well as facilitating global money transfers without the use of a bank.

We are looking for ArtLead UX/UI who will be responsible for the following tasks

• Leadership of UI/UX team, including hiring and mentoring;
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the design department and the timely completion of the task from the product department, marketing department, sales department and human resources department;
• Conducting regular creative sessions and learning environments among team members to guide them in their search for the best user experience and creative user interfaces;
• Create a user-centric design based on market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities;
• Quickly and carefully create custom flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience on end to end user centric and creative design
• Experience in managing a team of 3-4 UI/UX designers
• An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites
• Experience with mobile and/or web-based design
• Should be able to work in result driven environment with data driven approach
• Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis
• Work with cross-functional teams to attain business goals
• Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools
• Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills
• Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma; Photoshop, Illustrator
• Expert understanding of UI/UX Design principles
