Digital Marketing Specialist

You will work with the management team to define the marketing strategy, channels, and overall marketing approach to support our long-term growth plans. The position requires a proven marketing specialist confident to deliver pre-determined results. You should be experienced in running high-performing marketing campaigns consisting of PPC, SMM, Affiliate, PR channels, and be proficient in Analytics. You love to get your hands dirty by not only supervising the marketing plans but getting involved in their execution.

Your challenges:

- Take part in the marketing plan creation and be responsible for its deployment

- Develop the brand and create brand awareness

- Devise SMM strategy and oversee its execution

- Coordinate marketing activities via communication with external suppliers

- Research specific marketing channels

- Come up with bespoke marketing strategies

- Prepare and manage the marketing budget

Requirements:

- 4+ years of digital marketing experience

- Fluent in English - written and spoken

- Understanding of PPC (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc), CPA, SMM ( Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Pinterest), PR, email, and content marketing

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

- Analytical data-based approach to marketing activities tracking

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels

- Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills

- Agency experience preferred

Compensation:

- Salary level depending on experience

- Remote work (full-time)
