Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify product requirements.
• Closely partnering with designers and engineers to develop features according to the business needs.
• Establishing product hypotheses, leveraging product metrics, user research, and market insights.
• Writing product requirements, specifications, coordinating and prioritizing the team’s day-to-day execution.
• Regularly measuring and communicating the success and impact of product features.
• Manage prioritization, defining and refining product Roadmap in partnership with business leadership.

Requirements

• Upper Intermediate+ English skills (needed for writing documentation and communicating with the stakeholders).
• Proven track record of achieving product goals.
• 3-5 years of Product Management experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing and coordinating efforts both within and across projects.
• Comfortable with messy problem spaces and eager to clean them up.
• Ability to manage processes to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Ability to think about systems holistically, considering non-obvious details and impacts of various design decisions across all affected stakeholders.
• Experience in user research, analytics or technical development.

Would be a plus

• Experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience and love for the professional services industry (as a client or provider of therapy, training, and other services).
• Experience in UX design.
