Position Summary:
Social Media/Email Marketing Manager oversees all brand activities on social media platforms and email marketing channel to grow Profi community, improve customer journey & engagement, support marketing goal of generating quality MQLs that convert.
This individual is an expert in all things related to social media content and audience engagement, email marketing, brand consistency, analytics and meaningful measurement.
The position collaborates with the roles of Head of Marketing, Demand Generation Manager & Content Manager to help define both the brand story and the story as interpreted by the customer.
Responsibilities:
Build and launch social media & email marketing campaigns in alignment with overall company content strategy
Plan and maintain social media & email calendars
Create content around product releases - bi-weekly newsletter, in app updates, social media posts.
Create strategy & tactics on growing user communities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and active email subscribers
Create comprehensive plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions
Support a positive client experience
Assist with strategy & development of email marketing
Report on performance for social media platforms & email marketing on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and measure against agreed upon KPIs
Improve and integrate more automation into the social media & email campaigns creation process
Use analytical data to continuously test, measure and optimize the social media & email marketing channels
Experience/Skills:
Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and process-driven
3+ years of experience in social media management
Social media mindful copywriting
Successful track record of growing subscribers on Social Media platforms
Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Experience with social media posting platforms (Hubspot, Storychief, etc)
Experience building a community is a plus
Creativity
Basic video editing skills
Ability to develop content strategies
Ability to manage influencer partnerships
Understanding of coaching industry is a plus
