We are headquartered in the US, with branch offices in Istanbul, Amsterdam, San Francisco, and Singapore. 

Legionfarm has launched a new training program for those who are interested in learning a new profession - Semi-Pro in In-Game Coaching. We want to provide people with an opportunity to earn by doing what they love at a professional level and do it on our and many other platforms, honing their skills and gaining experience. Our product has already been launched in Russia, and now we are planning to enter new markets in Latin America and the Middle East. 

Our company is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will be in charge of our new product marketing. You will primarily be responsible for managing digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. You will focus on campaign-specific results and driving the Coaching product marketing department's commercial performance.

What you will do:

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy to drive growth across digital channels;
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the marketing budget, with a results-oriented approach;
  • Work with a cross-functional team (together with Product, and Tech) to establish growth strategies to support aggressive growth targets;
  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPIs and meet ambitious growth KPIs;
  • Perform research on the edTech market, latest trends, and competition to spot opportunities for the growth of our business; 
  • Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition and efficiently scale new customers. 

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC and other digital channels; 
  • Excellent experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including experience with Google Analytics; 
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience leveraging data and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights; 
  • Excellent communication skills; 
  • To be a professional or passionate gamer; 
  • To be a highly autonomous and goal-oriented individual; 
  • To be open-minded and a strong problem solver.
