We are Embacy — a global design agency focusing on tech companies and digital products, with more than 200 projects accomplished for clients from Australia, California, Norway, and South Africa. We are looking for a business-oriented, well-networked Business Development Manager who understands the elements of creative business development and is always down to connect with clients. Do you like the sound of it? Sure hope so.

We expect you have:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in b2b-sales for at least 2 years, preferably in design/marketing agencies;
  • Portfolio of perspective sales deals you’ve made before & proud of;
  • A thorough understanding of design as a service;
  • Knowledge of digital products market, trends & concerns;
  • A deep love for communicating: we're looking for someone who knows how to connect the dots and create a sense of trust from thin air;
  • A well-liked personality and sense of humor (just like the rest of us 😉);

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the sales process from incoming orders till the deal is closed (including clarifying the task and pitching Embacy);
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to our clients;
  • Oversee customer expectations during the sales stage;
  • Arrange comfortable conditions for Project teams when joining contracts;
  • Fulfill quarterly sales plan;
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients.
