Responsibilities:
1. Manage regional Infinix fans leaders and the fans communities they run, including supporting fan leaders to plan online and offline fan activities to connect and grow Infinix fan clubs, driving them to achieve their monthly KPI, and recruiting new fans leaders when necessary.
2. Develop local Infinix fan community, take responsibility for the scale of the community, online engagements, offline activity participation, and other key performance data
3. Launch roadshows in different cities to expand the fan community and find potential core fans
4. Work with marketing team to launch official fan activities and contribute to the fans participation and online community content
5. Carry out day-to-day operations and resource management in the online fan community app, support core fans to improve community participation by starting campaigns on trending topics in combination with local hot news or product marketing needs
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2+ professional experience in social media marketing or related field, international experience preferred
2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Marketing or Communications-related field from a top-tier university
3. Ability to work on tight timeframes and move projects forward with limited assets
4. Strong passion for Infinix products, social networking and collaboration technologies
5. Keen sense of hot events, can create or plan hot topics and activity.
6. Open vision, willing to accept new things; strong self-learning ability.
7. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
8. Be able to accept business trips in other cities, and have strong pressure resistance.
