About the role

The major area to take responsibility for is the budgeting process, labor tax administration, automatization of payroll, and overseeing the stock option program.

The Compensations & Benefits Manager will work across all Accel Club’s locations with a focus on Serbia, the Netherlands, and new hubs to be launched.

We’re looking for a professional who may not have all the answers, but definitely has an appetite to find those answers, build scalable and transparent processes, and be a subject matter expert on reward matters.

What to do

  • Drive budgeting process for people-related topics: plan and forecast payroll fund, bonus pool, cost of hiring, and other HR-related expenses
  • Administer tax matters from the employer’s side in the Netherlands and Serbia, and develop tax expertise for new hubs and locations of Accel Club’s presence
  • Take part in the launch of new hubs and locations from migration, benefits, tax, and reward perspective
  • Administer benefits for employees, e.g. health insurance, locally required benefits, analyzing the cost of new perks
  • Provide guidance and expertise on C&B trends and market practices
  • Develop automatization and digitalization of the HR budgeting process
  • Set up payroll process in new locations, maintain monthly payroll operations in Serbia, the Netherlands, and for remote team members
  • Overview of migration and relocation processes and budgets
  • Develop C&B analytics and metrics analyses
  • Serve as a trusted partner for managers to guide and counsel them on reward-related matters

Whom to be

  • Higher education
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Experienced with launching or working with different countries, having expertise in payroll, tax, and HR admin matters in different locations
  • Super proficiency with Excel
  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English: we have people from over 14 counties working at Accel Club, and English is the language of our daily communication and correspondence
