Impress is a European direct-to-consumer teeth-aligner and oral care startup. We provide an affordable and convenient way to straighten teeth with aligners treatment. Our long-term vision is to disrupt world conventional dentistry and orthodontia.

What Impact you can make

As a product designer, you'll be crafting a treatment experience for our patients and doctors. You will have the opportunity to build best-in-class mobile and web products with us.

In this role, you'll drive discovery, research, ideation, and design of the product, as well as partner with engineering and product management to ship new experiences.

You need to have a strong eye for good design, strong attention to detail and a desire to get stuck in! This all is about the culture that pushes you to be your best self. We will grow together!

You may be the ideal candidate if you

• Have a strong portfolio that showcases your eye for good product design and attention to detail with experience in mobile and web apps.
• A user-centric mindset to create content and user interfaces that users effortlessly enjoy using.
• Are a systems-thinker and can see beyond the pixels.
• Are highly collaborative and enjoy sharing work early and often.
• Can manage your work autonomously and be comfortable with the pace of an early-stage startup.
• Are a wizard in Figma (bonus points for motion design).
• Are a self-starter—there’s always something you want to do, learn, and grow in as a designer.
• Any experience in digital development technologies such as HTML and CSS would be a strong bonus.

Things you might do

• Own and drive the complete product design lifecycle of major features.
• Build flows and prototypes to tackle complex UX problems.
• Perform user research to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to define long and short-term strategies for your projects.
• Work closely with the best engineers to bring designs to life and quickly resolve challenges.
• Contribute to Impress Design System.
• Act as the champion for the user experience, clearly articulating design rationale internally and externally.
