Менеджер по качеству/Quality Manager (Animation)

We are looking for a quality assurance specialist to join our YH Animation team to oversee the quality and optimization of video production.

The Quality Manager's responsibilities include developing quality standards, testing, identifying problems in production, and overseeing root cause solutions.

Ultimately, you will work with the team to ensure that the films produced meet our organization's standards, meet production deadlines, as well as optimize production and incorporate new technological developments.

Обязанности:

• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
• Identify, track and document problems in the workflow
• Document and define our core processes and try to improve it
• Design and develop processes for automation
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Create training materials and process manuals
• Project reporting and retrospective

Требования:

• Proven work experience as a Quality Manager in animation, video production or similar
• Interest in animation, 3D graphics or related spheres; 
• Experience in Unreal Engine is a great advantage
• Good communication and management skills, good English both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum or development process within IT
• Confident knowledge of English and Russian
  
  Conditions:
• Service contract with an Armenian company.
• Work schedule Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
