We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Refocus team.
We are currently number 1 educational company in the Philippines looking forward for further expansion and growth.
Your primary goal at this role is to lead internal projects aimed at process optimization and business revenue growth.
About Refocus
Refocus is a remote-first Edtech company with more than 250 employees in more than 10 countries all over the world. We help people in the South East Asia to get an IT profession and get employed in 6 months. We launched in January 2022 in the Philippines and Indonesia and have already reached >$750k MRR and more than 4500 students.
We plan to launch 10 professions and reach $1 mln. MRR until the end of the year.
Refocus is for those who want to contribute to building an ultimate Edtech unicorn in Asia.
What you are going to do:
- Act as a project leader and lead key company initiatives;
- Manage cross-functional teams (internal & external);
- Work with different business leads within Refocus (sales, marketing, product);
- Keep track of projects in relevant tools;
- Control timings and deadlines;
- Provide business leads with up-to-date statuses;
- Unblock major roadblocks and remove bottlenecks;
A couple of typical tasks you will lead for better understanding the role:
- Leading cross-functional project of creating an internal academy for the sales department (involves the commercial and content departments)
- Leading cross-functional project of launching a new Refocus hub in a new country (involves legal and HR departments)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management;
- Proven experience of leading cross-functional projects;
- Understanding of key task-tracking tools and methodologies;
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset;
- English level B2/C1
