We are launching a new B2B platform in Replika and looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to help us reach and acquire new potential customers.

We're building a platform where businesses can create Replika-like solutions, from assistants like Siri to virtual celebrities or NPCs for games.

We expect you to work on creating an Email and LinkedIn outreach from scratch and ensure a stable process of lead generation and sales. And finally, to scale the operations, build and manage a dedicated sales team, and find new acquisition strategies and channels together with a product team.

What is Replika

Replika is the world's most popular chatbot in English, helping millions of people improve their mood and well-being. Users interact with Replika as a friend, sharing life events and having empathic conversations. Replika receives more than 10 million messages every day. Especially useful for people with mental health issues and those who just feel lonely.

On the App Store and Google Play, you can read reviews from people who have been helped by Replika.

Experience and skills we’re looking for

  • Advanced-Fluent English;
  • Proven track record of sales to new customers;
  • Experience in complex solution selling;
  • Experience in online networking via LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.;
  • Experience in selling via cold emailing;
  • Experience in building a sales team;
  • Experience in growing acquisition metrics.

  • Salary $4000 + bonuses;
