As we continue to increase our global reach, we’re looking for IT Talent Acquisition.

About the job:

• Full cycle of talent acquisition for technical and product positions;
• Being an engaged owner of the process, who is responsible for each stage and the final result, is equally strongly involved in both sourcing and evaluating candidates;
• Source and recruit candidates (passive and active) by using various relevant digital platforms;
• Screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication;
• Coordinate interview days and events.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a recruiter in tech/IT industry; 
• Flexibility to deal with last-minute changes.
• Experience and insight into the global talent market;
• English skills (B2+);
• Ability to collaborate within a team, yet work independently;
