About the role:

June Homes is looking for a Portfolio&Sales Analyst whose primary objective will be to provide insights that will enable June Homes to maintain and improve upon our national rental portfolio health and improve the acquisition of residents and landlords. This person will need to keep a pulse on key metrics, regularly present opportunities to leaders throughout the business, and ensure the quality of acquisition is maintained as we rapidly grow. This role reports directly to the Sr. Data Analyst, Business Intelligence.

What you’ll do:

• Execute on and improve upon a process to analyze the quality of the acquisition
• Use data to illuminate the business on ways we can improve the health of our portfolio
• Track strategic trends across the business that will allow us to execute more effectively on a daily basis
• Build out reports and dashboards to improve visibility for the business development team
• Translate business requirements to improve communication with the data science and technology teams
• Work daily within Excel and SQL to improve the quality of our data and reporting

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience working with large sets of data
• Intermediate+ experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets and BI tools
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experience presenting to leadership
• Problem solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate is a plus
