Project Description

Project specialises in app development for interactive TV operators. Applications are being installed on millions of client devices from set-top boxes to mobile devices. Project has its own cross-platform stack (framework) for such app development.

Expectations

1. Work experience as Android developer of at least 3 years.
2. Excellent knowledge of Kotlin.
3. Experience of work with ExoPlayer.
4. Fluent speaking English.

Responsibilities

1. Code development for our framework (HAL) integration with device platform (Android, Android TV).
2. Integration with media system is of special importance (sound, video, DRM).
3. Integration with the ecosystem services (notifications, Play Store, etc.).
4. Discussion of technical solutions with framework developers. Consulting of framework developers regarding technological specifics of the platform.
5. Code review.
