Digital Marketing Manager

Our ideal candidate should be willing to handle various types of marketing activities, which include but are not limited to strategic SEO optimization, digital marketing campaigns, and building relationships with partners. This is a full-time remote position with a flexible schedule. The salary will be based on a candidate’s experience and consist of a fixed and bonus part.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing in an IT company;
• MUST-HAVE: Demonstrated track record of content writing, planning & implementing SEO strategies for tech products with measurable outcome;
• Proven results in growing organic traffic and linkbuilding;
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
• Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, SERanking);
• Ability to create compelling marketing and advertising collateral (both copy and imagery);
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Self-motivated, independent & creative personality.

Would be a plus:

• Experience of working remotely
• Experience with marketing automation systems (Hubspot, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, CSS
• Experience with affiliate marketing and PR activities or keen interest in this sphere.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute SEO strategy to improve the company’s rankings, drive relevant traffic & leads;
• Performing and tracking outreach for linkbuilding purpose;
• Lead keywords research for new iGMS blog articles, historical articles optimization;
• Undertake regular SEO audits to identify actionable opportunities including keyword and content gaps, striking distance queries, seasonal and emerging trends, and more;
• Participate in conversion rate optimization activities;
• Managing email marketing campaigns with partners and affiliates;
• Launching all sorts of digital and RP campaigns and results analysis + optimization;
• Curating and expanding referral partnership program;
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
• Work closely with other internal teams (e.g. Customer Experience, Development, Design, etc) to achieve business goals;
• Assist in all marketing department activities by being actively involved in the marketing strategy development and implementation.
