Scrum Master

Flow Health is a network of clinical laboratories providing large scale COVID-19 testing (and a full spectrum of other clinical tests!). Our in-house laboratory information and management system serves the needs of users ranging from our own employees in labs, in the field, in billing and customer success to our clients, clinical, corporate and general public.

We offer a chance to work with an international team spread across three continents: North America (Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, Georgia), Asia (Manila, Philippines) and Europe. Our development team is mostly located in CIS.

We are searching for a Scrum Master to participate in the company transformation and to be a part of the team that implements Agile processes according to professional standards.

As a Scrum Master you will:

• Coordinate sprints, conduct sprint events
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Keep the project documentation up to date
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

We would love to work with you if you have:

• Hands-on experience in managing software development projects
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Scrum Master Certification, SAFe preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Upper intermediate+ level of English
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
