We help business engage with their customers and automate interactive conversations in Instagram Direct Messages, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and SMS.

Our team

We are a team of 150+ people located in 2 offices. Our R&D team is located in Yerevan, Armenia and our headquarters is based in San-Francisco.

 

⚒ About the role

What you will do:

  • Develop the connection between HR function and company goals, drive changes.
  • Be responsible for inner HR processes in Yerevan and Barcelona (the whole cycle: from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Do market research, review salary, work with benefits.
  • Track inner HR metrics.
  • Drive initiatives on well-being.
  • Administrate the process of performance reviews.
  • Automate the HR processes: Slack bots, trackers, intranet, travel services.
  • Help with relocation to Spain and Armenia.
  • Support employees.
  • Be responsible for inner communications: host weekly meetings with the team, create guides, and make announcements on our Slack channels.
  • Manage corporate events.
  • Сreate company merch in collaboration with the Head of Brand Design.
  • Be responsible for our physical office.

Here are examples of your future projects:

  • Roll out an intranet and HRIS
  • Together with the analyst, formulate employee journey metrics and implement them in the Tableau

🕵️ What we are looking for

Must haves

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT company
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Ability to share responsibility among team members, motivate and support them
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and improving HR processes
  • Experience in automation of HR processes
  • Experience in C&B
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent Russian and English (written and oral)

Nice to haves

  • Project management skills
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience in an international company
  • Experience in launching offices in foreign countries
  • Ability to structure information

🕑 What to expect

  • Introduction. We will talk about your interests and will tell you more about the role. The main aim of this step is to see if we are a good match (30 minutes).
  • Conversation with our Head of people. We will talk about your experience and tell you more about our company (1 hour).
  • Cultural fit interview with our General manager and COO. We will talk more about your interests and motivation and tell you about ManyChat culture (1-1,5 hours).
  • Interview with our HR team. We will talk about your skills and tell you about our goals and challenges in HR processes (1 hour).
