SMM Specialist

Remote – Full-Time

Clay is a global design agency building world-class digital products and brands. Our clients include Meta, Slack, Google, Snapchat, Amazon, Coinbase, and many innovative startups. We are looking for a talented, passionate, and creative SMM Specialist to join us remotely. In this role, you will participate in building a better social media presence while ensuring our content is seen by people across the main social media platforms and is presented in the best way possible to improve our marketing efforts. We seek someone with strong attention-to-detail skills and a proactive approach to work.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, publish and share new content within the main social media platforms;
• Measure the success of every social media activity and provide solutions to increase the efficiency;
• Promote content across social media accounts among other design-oriented groups/accounts/platforms;
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
• Create and implement new activities, and adjust existing content to stay on par with trends and algorithms shifts
• Participate in the development of our social media strategy and its implementation to align with business goals;
• Adjust the tone of voice for various social media platforms, audiences, and campaigns;
• Collaborate with our Design team and an English-speaking copywriter.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Social Media, experience in Marketing/Communications as a plus;
• High level of familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.;
• Understanding of social media best practices and metrics with the ability to interpret results and apply learnings;
• Proficiency in English with a focus on written communication skills;
• Experience working with a remote team, independence, and time management skills.
