Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for for experienced Digital Marketing Lead. Together with your team you'll make sure you're able to reach the right (potential) clients, connect with them and share insights with a stakeholder field consisting of partners and directors.

GOALS:

• Driven to develop the best possible ZERO10 appearance for a fast-growing company
• Ensure the strategic development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing to meet ZERO10’s objectives
• Coordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams such as PR, partnerships, tech, 3D, and legal to ensure our programs successfully go to market.
• Developing the marketing strategy ensuring all activity is linked directly to content and brand goals
• Utilizing the full mix of digital channels and data analytics
• Ownership of conversion and retention strategies to increase user activity
• Strategic B2B and B2C activity
• Working with the senior leadership team to deliver revenue targets, building commercial strategy linked the product roadmap to increase user volume and LTV

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have at least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or managing global brand campaigns in Senior / Lead positions
• Experience in building and managing teams across various marketing channels
• Proven success developing and implementing brand strategies, launching new products and businesses, and driving adoption across various consumer touchpoints
• Proven track record of building a marketing function to achieve commercial scale
• Understanding of paid and owned media channels via experience running marketing campaigns including social media
• Knowledge of the dynamics, needs, and demands of a content-driven business
• Experience working with creators with a deep understanding of creator needs
• Strong fashion background would be a plus
