OVERVIEW:
The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Delivery Team including development of talent requirements, talents identification & reviews and onboarding talents into product teams. The ideal candidate is an analytical and operational professional with strong project management and communication capabilities. This position allows for a flexible work location and open to part time commitment of 1-2 days per week, rolling into a more full time position as we grow our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategy to meet the needs of product competencies;
Collaborate with Delivery Team to understand talent needs;
Develop product competencies requirements;
Analyze the company database of freelancers and identification the most suitable talents;
Interview and onboarding the talents into product teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as an TA Manager for at least 3 years (experience in the Future of Work / FreelanceTech is a plus);
Experience in digital industry; English level is conversational or higher;
Deep understanding of product competencies and their role in product teams;
Effective time management and organizational skills;
Strong communicator in writing and verbally;
Analytical, detail orientation;
High-level of self-initiative, creativity, collaboration and flexibility.
