Embria is looking for a Social Media Manager who will provide a voice for our company across social media channels. The challenge of this role is to help the brand be heard and seen by our key audiences in a way that would attract more business partners and talents, establishing social media strategy from scratch. You will report to the Head of Communications and work сlosely with the Brand & Communications team to achieve the best results.
What you'll do
- build and execute a social media strategy based on the given communications strategy, effective for growing Embria’s social media presence, total reach and audience engagement
- conduct competitors’ research and benchmarking
- dive deep into startups and venture-building topics, get inspiration from the co-founders and teams of our portfolio companies as well as Embria team members and experts
- generate content on a regular basis, manage designers, video creators, paid ads specialists, proofreaders and other external contractors needed
- manage the day-to-day handling of Embria’s social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, then Facebook, Twitter and Instagram later, adapt content to suit different channels
- test hypotheses on a HADI cycle basis, monitor, track, analyze and report on social media performance using corresponding tools
- work closely with paid ads specialists to create effective campaigns for our audience engagement and growth

- has full working proficiency with social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn
- has hands-on experience in content management
- is ready to suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
- is aware of the latest digital trends and social networks functionality
- has excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills
- has advanced English writing skills
