Social Media/Distribution Manager

Adapty was made by engineers for engineers. As developers, we worked closely with in-app purchases and subscriptions. Having faced all kinds of problems, from tech implementation of subscriptions to price optimization, we’ve decided to create Adapty – a simple all-in-one service for subscriptions.

Community on social media is our main driver for growth. We love coding, we respect developers, and want to spread the word about us around the world. We’re looking for an experienced social media manager who wants to create unique content for us.

We expect you to spread the word about Adapty: create and post content on Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, acquire followers to grow our community, and establish a cult around Adapty.

We're a fully remote company and looking for candidates in the EU or USA. This is a full-time employment position.

In this role, you will...

• Lead our social media content strategy. Plan and execute content plan for quarters ahead.
• Create unique professional content for our social media. Create and post the content that the pro users will love. Twitter is our main goal here, but you will also be responsible for Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
• Build partnerships, help us grow the community. Reach to partners and influencers, write and share to our community, help marketing team get leads.

You will be a great fit if...

• You have a proven background in SMM/Partnerships. We expect you to teach us, not vice versa. You have proven experience leading social media strategy, scaling up SaaS social media and you’re able to prove that in your portfolio.
• You are a fluent English speaker. You’re a master of word and either native or bilingual. You know how to make jokes, can write in both formal and informal ways. American English is preferable.
• You’re in love with analytics and plans. You own your results with numbers. You know where you did it right and where there’s a place to make things better. You’ve used at least one analytics for social media and can quickly teach us how to do it.

It’d be great if...

• You worked for SaaS. You grew a corporate social media account for SaaS tech company before.
• You’re in tech. You know the right tone of voice and understand young developers in their 20ish. You know what’s a “boomer thing” vs modern stack. Ideally, you know about iOS/Swift and can talk about it.
• You have a personal blog or Twitter. Show us you’re an expert on your account. Have > 10k followers? Tell us immediately!
