TravelLine is an international IT company with offices all over the world: Estonia, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Russia, Belarus, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.

We create online solutions and websites for hotels, helping them to simplify their workflow and earn more. Our services are used by 8000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels up to 1700 rooms.

We are looking for a person who will join our international growth team and help us build from scratch and support new company branches in different countries.

You’ll be responsible for the candidates' market research (local job boards and candidate sources, competitors, salary level and benefits package, cultural specificity), job interviews, making job offers for finalists, helping with the onboarding. Also, you’ll have an opportunity to participate in projects related to HR brand awareness, automation, competency matrix, and motivation if it is interesting for you.

The most common vacancies are Business Development Managers and Customer Success Specialists and there could be other vacancies like Training Managers, International Lawers and more.

You will become part of the remote-friendly team with a start-up atmosphere and have full support from the established company - educational courses, guidance from experienced HR experts, and room for growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Research job boards, candidates sources, the structure of benefits package, and cultural aspects of each new country;
  • Test new approaches to sourcing and evaluating candidates;
  • Lead the full cycle of the recruiting process;
  • Ensure a high level of Candidate Experience for the candidates interviewed by the company;
  • Help newcomers with adaptation to the team;

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 1+ years in recruitment in-house or agency;
  • Experience in attracting passive candidates;
  • Knowledge of approaches to identify candidates motivation and soft skills;
  • Conversational English for interviewing candidates around the world;
  • Conversational Russian to communicate with core team;
