CFPS Team simplifies everyday finances and allows users to quickly access and control their budget by developing their financial literacy.

We create financial tools for middle-income millennials and generation Z, who primarily value technology and want to manage their finances quickly without bureaucracy and hustle.

Our goal is to give clients an opportunity to manage the financial part of their life by using a single application, without hidden fees, fast and easy: from daily spending and budget planning initially, up to currency exchange and investment opportunities in the future. CFPS was created to enable users to receive more from their finances.

Functions:

Market research: Analysis of customer preferences, market competitors.

Strategize Strategy development of the full product life-cycle.

Backlog: Backlogs are well-groomed and milestones are shown in the teamwide backlog vision. Story points and business value focus on critical hypotheses tests.

Growth: Product managers are responsible for the growth and building of their marketing machines.

Custdev: Product teams conduct customer interviews, polls, and competitor research on a weekly basis.

Requirement skills and experience:

3+ years in a scrum or agile management or operations automation of high pace tech company.

2+ years in product analytics of high pace tech company.

Proficient in SQL and Python to have analytics at fingertips.

Proficient in Data Science, cohort, cluster, channel, funnel analytics.

Experience in creating Customer Journey Maps.

Experience in: Crypto, Fintech grown-up, BPMN/ERP, Big3, Agile IT management.

Fluent in English.
