Senior AI/ML Engineer

HRMNY Human Technologies is looking for a talented Senior Software Development Engineer to join our AI / ML team! This position is for a top software engineer who likes challenges. You will be responsible for you researching and developing scalable algorithms based on state-of-the-art machine learning and neural network methodologies working alongside with our Human Technology team.

Your main responsibilities

• study and transform data science prototypes
• design machine learning systems, run machine learning tests and experiments
• research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• develop machine learning applications according to requirements
• select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
• perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• extend existing ML libraries and frameworks

We expect you to have

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar field
• proficiency in one of the major programming languages e.g. Python, SQL, Java, and/or Relational Databases
• proven experience as an AI / ML Engineer
• understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• experience with cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP and software such as Jira
• outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
• deep knowledge of maths, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• good command of written and spoken English and Russian
