Product Manager

VISARIGHT is looking for a Product Manager to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. You will manage the development of solutions and translate our product vision into strategic goals. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and organized individual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the market as well as our customers, their pains, and jobs-to-be-done
• Systematically analyze user feedback
• Plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog
• Decompose complex problems and write clear specifications
• Assess potential product features and requests toward the product vision and strategy
• Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and a respective product roadmap
• Manage the product development process from conception to implementation for the dedicated part of the product
• Overseeing processes and implementing better practices

Things that make you a stand-out candidate

• 3+ years of experience with progressive product management responsibilities in the technological product industry in a high-paced growth environment, preferably in SaaS
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to estimate project timelines, set up milestones, and manage delivery expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably German
• Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Technical expertise and experience working closely with engineers
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work with a distributed team across multiple time zones
