A fast-growing company, Jupiter Exchange, is looking for the UX/UI Analyst. This is the world's first platform that gives access to a collection of Real-World Assets uniting passionate collectors and creative investors. Jupiter Exchange uses fractionalization of asset-backed NFTs from the alternative asset market, anchored by an existing stablecoin (USDC).
About the company:
Jupiter is the first global Alternative Assets Exchange that aims to bring a change to the industry and make the collectibles space more democratised and open to everyone. The team has recently raised USD 5 million to develop the project further. CMO of the platform, one of the widely known producers of Coachella and hundreds of other events. The Marketing team is spread all over the world.
Main goal:
📍To convert rates within the Platform and increase retention by ensuring that all user interfaces and the overall user experience within the platform are convenient and efficient - by testing and proposing proven ways to improve the interfaces of the current products and helping develop optimal user flows and product interfaces from scratch.
Required competences:
✅Fluency in English
✅2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role in an IT/SaaS/Fintech company/e-commerce/startup.
✅Advanced business analysis skills, ability to work with large datasets, quickly navigate and issue specific recommendations
✅Knowledge of web analytics tools, basics of programming and mathematical analysis
✅Interface design and information structure skills
✅Understanding CJM, ex. for modelling user interactions with the platform.
✅User flow building skills when developing interfaces.
✅Knowledge of software and testing approaches. Advanced knowledge of Figma.
✅Freedom in thinking, creativity, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, in a team.
✅Portfolio availability.
