Our Creative and Marketing teams are at the forefront of communicating with prospective customers. We’re looking for a full-time Communication Designer to help these two departments and fit into their workflows.

Major responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visual communication through memorable design to drive conversion, sign-up, and retention rates;
  • Create direct responses and on-brand designs to help Simple tell its story across all consumer-facing touchpoints;
  • Design creative assets for user acquisition campaigns, activities, and experiments;
  • Work closely with the User Acquisition and Brand teams to ensure best-in-class brand-establishing content and creative assets performance;
  • Pitch and brainstorm ad/branding ideas that propel the brand into the stratosphere;
  • Collaborate with external creative partners to ensure they produce content that supports our vision and brand voice/messaging.

Job requirements:

  • Strong creative conception skills;
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills;
  • Inspiring portfolio;
  • Experience in ASO (app store optimization) & UA (user acquisition);
  • A good understanding of user acquisition and mobile app promotion strategies (ASO, paid search, paid social, influence marketing, awareness campaigns);
  • Practical experience in web design;
  • Experience in analyzing mobile user acquisition campaigns;
  • Experience in brand identity;
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, delivering multiple simultaneous projects;
  • 3+ years of experience in building creative communication for world-class consumer products is preferred;
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or design studio is preferred.
