LegionFarm is a platform created for gamers by gamers. This is a place where you can hire PRO players for in-game coaching and assistance services in a variety of games loved by millions

The Legionfarm platform is used by gamers from 50+ countries around the world. We are a USA-based company, headquartered in San Francisco, with an operating team in Istanbul, Amsterdam and Singapore.

Partnering primarily with LegionFarm’s Engineering, Design teams, we work together to build a unicorn. As a Head of Product Analytics you will form and lead a team of product analysts.

What you will do:

• Set up a centralised flow of analytics transparent to each member of the product team.
• Set up dashboards for key flows.
• Assemble an analytics team.
• Regular support of the product team in search of insights.

What we expect from you:

• 6+ years experience in an analytical role (corporate + startup experience highly welcomed).
• 3+ years of people management experience. Strong leadership skills and highly experienced at creating a team from scratches.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders: engineering managers, product managers, and other cross-functional roles.
• Ability to break large projects into smaller pieces to meet deadlines and ability to convert ideas into testable hypotheses.
• Interest in video games.
