Design System Manager

As a Design System Manager for Creation, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Design System for mobile and web clients. You are highly organized and have demonstrated success working with design systems, from building adoption to guiding contribution and maintaining component libraries.

What you will do:

• Help build out and improve our Design System in Figma.
• Document each component along with when and why to use it.
• Work creatively around difficult business and technical constraints to maintain a high customer experience bar.
• Lead the accessibility efforts and build them into BandLab’s principles.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to arrive at global reusable design patterns
• Effectively communicate ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually at every stage of the design process.

Requirements: 

• Experience working on multi-platform products for global audiences.
• Experience working with the semantic color system.
• Experience building and managing design assets and documentation for design system components.
• Proficiency with Figma
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
