P2P.org is a leading Validator, running over 300+ Nodes, for 25+ Blockchain networks, providing annual yield in respective cryptocurrencies. P2P is backed by 20.000 stakers, securing +$5 Billion assets in staking. P2P.org is initial developer of Lido DAO that is running about 19.5% of Ethereum staking market.

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with potential institutional partners (funds, exchanges, etc.) to build relationships, grow, contract and increase market share. You will be responsible for building and managing the full cycle of business development, from analyzing and identifying opportunities to rewarding partners.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and track institutional adoption metrics and trends for Staking and the broader crypto market
  • Help the P2P Companies scale operations by collaborating to optimize processes for tracking relationships
  • Draft and compile presentations that distill complex industry and technical information in a simplified manner for partners
  • Help define the vision, execution, and strategy of how we work and develop our product for partner needs
  • Identify institutional requirements to inform new products and features
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
  • Help drive the operational cadence for the group, measure and track critical KPIs and initiatives, and present to an executive leadership audience
  • Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and execution plans to achieve the vision for the opportunity including product, GTM strategies, and business model

Requirements

  • 3+ years business development experience in the fintech/IT industry and/or institutional sales
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing strategic partnerships
  • Experience in both traditional and startup environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote work environment
  • Ideally, experience working for and understanding of how to prioritize deliverables for a fast-growing company
  • Outstanding leadership qualities
  • Exceptional people and department management skills
  • Some knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry
