Project Manager

Flow Health is a network of clinical laboratories providing large scale COVID-19 testing (and a full spectrum of other clinical tests!). Our in-house laboratory information and management system serves the needs of users ranging from our own employees in labs, in the field, in billing and customer success to our clients, clinical, corporate and general public.

We offer a chance to work with an international team spread across three continents: North America (Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, Georgia), Asia (Manila, Philippines) and Europe. Our development team is mostly located in Russia and CIS.

We are searching a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver on product deadlines and work closely with our engineering teams in order to effectively create and execute project plans. This role reports to the CTO.

What you'll do:

• Immerse into the needs of the business and truly comprehend each project’s objective.
• Establish and deliver on ambitious, but achievable, timelines for features, enhancements, and optimizations of the product.
• Lean on your technical background to plan and execute projects efficiently.
• Understand and utilize team strengths to plan and delegate project tasks
• Provide updates on project status and timelines, working to resolve any roadblocks as they arise.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager in software development
• Technical background, specifically experience in Back-End or Front-End development using any tech (ideally Node.js and React).
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a high-growth environment
• Exceptional resource, organization, and time management skills
• Experience with Jira
• English (B2+)
• Project Management certifications (as a huge plus)
