IT Project manager

We have a big global IT team of more than 450 individuals, based in about 20 different sites, who perform a corporate role in IT. JTI Global IT department provides JTI employees with the IT tools, corporate systems, services and support to enable them to achieve their business goals.

IT PROJECT MANAGER provides IT technology expertise and services to the Legal and Regulatory Affairs function, supporting such significant tools and solutions for effective business and cross-functional relationships with Digital Document Processing and Product Ingredient Reporting based on: MS Power Apps, Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, Power BI, DocuSign, .Net etc.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• First, global IT projects and initiatives. This position assumes that 75% of the working time you will participate in global projects and initiatives. You will contribute to the efficient implementation of new IT solutions under BTS Legal & Regulatory Affairs umbrella and participate in all stages: interact with business and vendors, follow up the project plan and implementation progression, solution validation etc. The remaining time you will be devoted to application support for both Production and Development with focus on critical/complex incidents and change requests.
• Secondly, global interaction. You will have an opportunity to communicate and build relationships at the international level. You will develop relationships with business stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to the end-users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application. Be ready to frequent business trips.

YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL:

• Have 5+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform, O365, Teams, SharePoint Online, MS DevOps tool (Azure Cognitive Services would be a plus)
• Have an expertise in business process analysis and solution design
• Have an experience in IT Governance and Project management
• Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Have a University degree, preferable in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
