UX Researcher

Hi, we are looking for a curious pioneer to join our team as UX Researcher. This is a unique opportunity to drive all UX cycle and shape the upcoming mobile and web app products based on existing industry-leading seamless technology and know-how.

We are a funded mobility startup, one-of-a-kind digital product that helps car owners and auto fleets solve day-to-day tasks with their cars. Think of Booking.com for car owners: YEZ unites various partners – VW, BMW, Kia, ROLF, Major, Mobil, Shell, Castrol and others – in one auto service marketplace with quality control, security of transactions and 100% fulfilment along value chain. We are creating an ecosystem, a super service based around car owners using smart recommendation algorithms and telematics. We make driving safe by providing high standards for every car service we do.

Who you are

The ideal candidate would have at least 1-1.5 years in UX research.

• you love and have strong experience in conducting in-depth interviews with users, identify motivation, fears and needs
• you have practical experience with key product frameworks: JTBD, CJM, USM, TM 
• you have experience in creating surveys and know how to recruit respondents
• you can interpret stats and distill insights from it for further product and process improvements
• you can take responsibility for the entire cycle: from communicating with users and setting a business problem to providing research results
• you apply structure to your data: presentations, sheets, miro boards
• you love high-speed, result-oriented and inspiring atmosphere of a startup

What you will do

• You will drive all UX cycle and be responsible for all the insights, hypothesis and tests we do to launch a new shiny mobile and web app
