Head of IT & Data

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Management of the Local Teams in area of SAP, BI, Infrastructure support & development. Ensure proper level of support & solutions delivery by the teams.
2. Corporate and Local Project supervision & project portfolio management in the areas of responsibility.
3. Local IT team’s activity coordination with Corporate IT, located in French Headquarter, in terms of Security & Corporate standards compliance.
4. Drive BI culture development in the Company with respect to the Corporate Standards and requirements. Provide all means and tools for data-driven decision-making culture development.
5. Support Key User community and smooth change management process in various business teams
6. IT budget management
7. Risk-management and security-driven IT culture development.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS & HARD SKILLS:

1. Need:

• BI & Reporting experience:
  • BI & Reporting concepts understanding: ETL, DWH, BI Dashboards building principles.
  • MS SQL Server architecture overview (SSIS, SSAS, MDS).
  • Practical experience with QlikSense/QlikView BI tools. Participation in BI projects.
• SQL basic syntax understanding.
• SAP architecture & main principles of ERP understanding.
• IT support & change management setup experience.
• 2. Nice to have:
  • Programming experience (Python, C#)
  • Understanding or practical experience in DevOps methodology setup (git, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)
  • E-Com & Digital marketing Projects participation

3. Soft-Skills:

• Communication skills, ability to explain complex technologies for non-Technical minded people
• Management skills, ability to take responsibility and increase ownership for subordinates
• Leadership, proper skills to motivate for action
• Business oriented mindset

4. Other experience:

• At least 2 years in IT management
• Management of the people (even small teams) is a must
• Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English, French is a plus
