ABOUT THE PROJECT

Now we're starting a new ML B2B project in the gaming industry. We have 2 recommendations ML-based systems in productions, and now scaling the Python development team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Data Engineer who will develop and support API, ETL-s around ML pipelines.

Responsibilities mostly include greenfield development and enhancing the existing ecosystem. We follow SRE, thus it will be mandatory to support and maintain the whole solution on QA and PROD stages.

EXPECTED SKILLS

∙ Strong knowledge of Python 3;

∙ Strong knowledge of DBs and SQL;

∙ Knowledge of multiprocessing and multithreading;

∙ Knowledge of Asynchronous programming in Python;

∙ Knowledge of data structures and algorithms;

∙ Knowledge of containers — Docker;

∙ Understanding how to properly do logging and metering and identify bottlenecks.

WOULD BE A PLUS

∙ Knowledge of ML basics;

∙ Knowledge of testing approaches;

∙ Knowledge of Kubernetes;

∙ Knowledge of Airflow;

∙ Knowledge of S3;

∙ Knowledge of Cloud: AWS, DigitalOcean.
