Manual QA tester

На данный момент QA analyst.

Мои компетенции и опыт

I am a QA Engineer with over 7 years of experience in software testing, including more than 3 years working on complex ticketing and ticket resale systems.

My experience includes functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing, API testing, SQL database validation, and backend investigation.

I have hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, Kafka, gRPC, and Jaeger. I am comfortable testing complex workflows, investigating issues across multiple services, and identifying root causes rather than focusing only on symptoms.

I am detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. My goal is not only to find defects but also to prevent production issues and help deliver reliable, high-quality software.
