Over 2 years of experience in commercial Ruby on Rails development, and more than 2.5 years of experience in Tier 2–3 technical support. Proven track record in building technical support processes from the ground up, including scaling them across a nationwide corporate network.

Since 2020, I have been studying programming at School 21, where I completed projects using C, C++, Ruby, and Assembly language. My experience also includes working with Docker, configuring network infrastructure, and administering Linux servers.

I am skilled at handling large volumes of information, can quickly assess complex situations, and am capable of making independent decisions. I have no harmful habits.
