I am developing my skills in QA Automation and have hands-on experience developing UI and API automated tests using Python, Pytest, and Requests. I work with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). I am currently developing a test automation project for PrestaShop, an e-commerce platform, available on GitHub: нужен доступ к резюме

During testing, I identified defects in PrestaShop and related components and reported them through GitHub Issues. Several of these defects were confirmed by developers and fixed in subsequent releases.

I also have practical experience with Postman, SQL (PostgreSQL), DevTools, and Jira/Zephyr.

I have 3 years of L2 technical support experience, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and preparing information for escalation to the next support level.
