I am a UX/UI Designer with 1 year and 10 months of commercial experience in product design, backed by 9+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, where I also worked on website and mobile app design.

I worked on a mobile AI product in the Healthcare/FemTech, Health & Wellbeing space, focused on pregnancy, motherhood, and women’s emotional and mental wellbeing. My responsibilities included designing and optimizing user journeys, onboarding flows, and product interfaces.

My key achievements include doubling the product’s organic growth and doubling the number of users converting to a paid subscription through user journey optimization, onboarding simplification, and UX hypothesis testing.

For these projects, I used skills in UX research and user journey analysis, User Flow and UI design, prototyping and usability testing, UI Kit development, and design-to-development handoff. I also used AI tools to generate UX copy, product hypotheses, and visual concepts.

I play the piano, love traveling, and have a dog.

About the Product

Soula is a FemTech/Wellbeing startup with a team of 11–50 people, developing an AI-powered app focused on emotional support, stress management, and women’s wellbeing throughout different stages of life.

My Role

My role covered three main areas:

1. Analyzing user problems and identifying opportunities for product growth
2. Designing and testing UX/UI solutions
3. Supporting design implementation and ensuring the quality of the final product

I was involved in the full product design cycle — from identifying problems and developing hypotheses to creating User Flows, designing interfaces, testing solutions, and delivering the final product to development.

Key Achievements

• Doubled the product’s organic growth by analyzing user journeys, optimizing User Flows, and testing product hypotheses using Useberry and UXtweak.
• Doubled the number of users converting to a paid subscription by simplifying and optimizing the onboarding flow, reducing unnecessary steps, and testing new UX solutions.
• Developed strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with POs, PMs, QA engineers, stakeholders, and developers.
• Developed the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, pay close attention to detail, and drive tasks through to completion.
