Dear Hiring Team,

My background combines hands-on

manual QA with a PhD in STEM, so I bring a research mindset to testing: understand how the

system works, question unexpected results and get to the root cause.

Currently, I work at Ennabl, an AI and data platform for commercial insurance brokers in the US.

I lead QA for LLM-powered document extraction projects, where I validate extracted data,

investigate incorrect mappings and edge cases, create test documentation and work with a

cross-functional team of developers, AI engineers, product owners, CSMs to improve the

system to maintain 95% output quality, and successfully prevented SLA violation by detecting

the issues in proper time.

I’m comfortable going beyond UI testing to investigate issues across APIs, data, and system

configurations. I regularly work with DevTools, SQL, AWS, VS Code, and GitHub, whether that

means validating data, tracing an issue across different layers or fixing configurations and

mappings instead of simply reporting a bug.

For my next role, I’m looking for a product where QA means curiosity, investigation, and

ownership. I enjoy finding problems that aren’t obvious, understanding why they happen, and

working closely with the team to improve product quality.

I’m based in Serbia with a valid residence and work permit, and I’m open to remote and hybrid

roles, Serbia-based opportunities and relocation.
