I have 5+ years of experience in IT talent sourcing and recruitment, progressing from a Technical Sourcer to a Talent Sourcing Lead and currently working as an IT Talent Researcher with Junior IT Recruiter responsibilities.

I focus on identifying and engaging technical candidates for backend and software development roles. My responsibilities include end-to-end sourcing, candidate research, direct outreach, initial candidate assessment, communication throughout the hiring process, conducting HR screenings and close collaboration with hiring managers to clarify requirements and refine search strategies.

As a Talent Sourcing Lead, I coordinated the work of an IT sourcing team, including workload distribution, prioritization of sourcing tasks, monitoring sourcing and communication processes, and supporting junior researchers. I also contributed to improving internal workflows and automating routine sourcing processes through ATS tools.

As a Technical Sourcer, I worked with candidates across different seniority levels and professional areas, with a strong focus on IT and engineering. I used multiple sourcing channels and tools, including HeadHunter, LinkedIn, matchy, Career Habr, other tools and internal ATS databases. I was responsible for candidate research, outreach and communication, as well as collaboration with hiring managers.
