Мои компетенции и опыт

Product Owner & Project Lead with a background in business, data analytics, AI/ML, and decentralized technology.

I work at the intersection of business, data, and technology — analyzing complex problems, defining product and analytical requirements, and leading cross-functional teams through execution.

My experience includes working with AI/ML and LLM-based solutions, algorithmic systems, decentralized AI networks, and token-driven products. I have hands-on experience analyzing Bittensor subnetworks and their economic and technical performance, as well as coordinating ML and Backend engineering teams.

I focus on turning complex problems into structured, actionable solutions:

• defining objectives, success metrics, and evaluation criteria;

• analyzing data, algorithms, systems, and competing solutions;

• translating business requirements into clear tasks for engineering teams;

• prioritizing work and coordinating ML and Backend engineers;

• evaluating results, identifying errors and anomalies, and driving iterations;

• shaping product strategy, roadmaps, and action plans;

• connecting technical decisions with business and economic outcomes.

My background also includes 10+ years in B2B sales and management, which gives me a strong understanding of commercial goals, customer needs, business economics, and team leadership.

I am currently open to Product Owner, AI Product Manager, Technical Project Lead, and AI/ML-focused Product Operations roles.
