Talent acquisition professional with 8 years in recruitment, 5 of them in full-cycle technical hiring across R&D and fintech. Hire engineers from Junior to Team Lead across different technical stacks. Work with direct search and AI tools in recruitment. Build partnerships with hiring managers through analytics, metrics and transparency. Background in organizational psychology, which lets me assess candidates' motivation and behavior effectively. I hire for fit and longevity, evaluating potential and cultural alignment as carefully as technical skills.
As well as recruitment, I specialize in onboarding and retention, and in optimizing and automating HR processes. I mentor colleagues and support them from intern level through to mid-level, and speak at events.
