For the past several years, I have focused on engineering team development and technical leadership.

Over the course of my career, I have progressed from Backend Developer to Team Lead, built a backend engineering function almost from scratch within a large retail group, and later took ownership of an established engineering team working on a mature product.

My experience running my own business taught me to look at software development not only from an engineering perspective, but also from product and business perspectives.

I am interested in building strong engineering teams and sustainable development processes: helping people grow, designing architecture, and finding the right balance between technical quality and business needs.

I try to stay involved in engineering work and participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions. I also actively introduce modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and Spec-Driven Development.
