Over the past five years, I have led technology organizations and delivered complex fintech and marketplace products from architecture to production.

CloudPayments — CTO (2025–2026). I led a 90-person technology organization covering engineering, DevOps/SRE, DBA and L2 support, and owned architecture, delivery, security, infrastructure, vendors, headcount and a US$4M+ annual technology budget. Key results included completing approximately 90% of the core migration from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10, maintaining an average MTTR of about 40 minutes across a platform serving 6,000 active merchants, strengthening PCI DSS, AppSec and disaster recovery, and driving AI adoption to roughly 70% of engineering and support.

Teez — CTO (2024–2025). I built the technology function and marketplace platform from scratch, scaled the organization to approximately 70 people and managed a US$ нужен доступ к резюме total IT budget covering payroll, infrastructure, licenses and vendors. We launched the marketplace in 3.5 months and scaled it to approximately 11,000 orders and 49,000 items per day; I also delivered AI-assisted search and recommendation capabilities.

Before that, at T-Bank, I led the technical launch of internet acquiring in Mexico and worked on payment architecture, bank and provider integrations, routing, cascading, reliability and delivery. My earlier fintech experience at Payler covered payouts, reconciliation, antifraud and high-load payment processing.
